- About Us Denimmuse.ng is an online denim fashion store dedicated to providing Nigerian women with stylish, size-inclusive denim pieces (sizes 6-18) at affordable prices. We operate from Chevron, Lekki, Lagos, and deliver nationwide.
- Product Information We strive to provide clear, accurate descriptions and images of all our products. However, please note that colors may appear slightly different due to individual device screen settings.
If you’re unsure about sizing or product details, kindly reach out to us before placing an order.
- Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept the following payment methods:

Online Payment: Pay securely using Paystack or Flutterwave (Card, Transfer, USSD, etc.)
Full payment is required before we process or dispatch any orders.
- Shipping & Delivery We deliver across Nigeria with the following shipping rates:
Lagos Island (Ikoyi – Ajah): ₦3,000 – ₦4,000
Lagos Mainland: ₦3,500 – ₦6,000
Outside Lagos: ₦5,000 – ₦6,000
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery Time: Varies by location, typically 2–5 working days.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
- Return & Exchange Policy We do NOT offer cash refunds. However, we accept size exchanges and product swaps under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange: The item must be returned within 3 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Exchange is allowed for size issues or if you want a different product of equal value (subject to availability).
The customer will bear the cost of returning the item and reshipping the new item.
Non-Exchangeable Items: Sale/Discounted items
Customized or altered items
Items returned damaged or used
If You Received a Wrong or Damaged Item: Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost if your claim is verified.
How to Request an Exchange: Contact us via WhatsApp (09063716619) or Email (denimmusen@gmail.com) within the stated timeframe.
Provide your Order Number, details of the item, and reason for exchange.
Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending back the item.
- Order Cancellations Orders cannot be canceled after payment confirmation. Please ensure your order details are correct before making payment.
- Limitation of Liability Denimmuse.ng shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or delayed deliveries.
- Privacy Policy We value your privacy. Personal information collected during shopping is strictly used for order processing, delivery, and communication. We will never share your data with third parties without your consent.
